Design Review Board:

In order to have exterior work on buildings within the Downtown Defiance Main Street District and receive CDBG Grant Funds, each building owner or an approved representative must present their application to the City Appointed Design Review Board.  

Design Review Board meetings are held on the first Monday of each month when applications are presented for review.  If no applications have been presented to the DDVB by the Monday prior to the meeting, no meeting will be held.  Contact the DDVB office to confirm meeting.

All meetings will be held at 6:30 pm at the Defiance City building on Perry Street unless otherwise noted.
