The streets of Downtown Defiance are filled with activities as we celebrate the official flower of Defiance with the community’s largest arts and crafts fair. Join both young and old for a day of entertainment that features free lilacs for the first 750 attendees, arts and craft vendors, unique food vendors, and children’s activities. The event is free and located on Clinton Street.

Lilac Festival 2026 Arts and Crafts Vendor Application
Arts and Crafts vendor applications can be mailed to the DVB office, 325 Clinton Street, Defiance, OH 43512, or dropped off at the office. A drop box is located to the right of the office doors for after-hours. Vendors will be notified when their application and payment are received and accepted.
Attention Arts and Crafts Vendors: **Last year we had an issue with an individual reaching out to potential Lilac Festival vendors claiming to be from the DVB office and requesting a vendor fee. Please be aware that you will only be contacted by a member of our staff (Ezekiel Tracy or Lori Hagerman). If anything seems suspicious, please call the DVB office at 419-782-0739. Do not mail any payments other than to our direct address which is: Defiance Main Street and Visitors Bureau, 325 Clinton St., Defiance, OH 43512.**
